Answer: Cracking in the walls, sloping floors and sticky doors and windows are typically signs of settlement of the foundation, but the foundation may not need an expensive repair. The best way is to have on of the engineers at Ned Clyde Construction examine the home to determine whether a repair is needed. We can offer many different options to remedy your home. Answer: Not all jobs require a permit. It depends on the city and the type of project being performed.

Question. Is it necessary to hire a private engineering consulting firm to draw up plans for my project?

Answer: No. Ned Clyde Construction can handle the engineering, drafting and obtaining the permits all as part of doing the work. We are a full service design/build construction firm.
