Drilled Piers, Pipe Piles and Helical Anchors
During our many years of construction services in the Bay Area, we have successfully completed thousands of jobs that involved underpinning and/or retaining walls. To complete these projects, we have acquired various types of state-of-the-art equipment such as portable drill rigs for excavating piers, hydraulic portable power packs for installing pipe piles, and a computer-controlled helical anchor installation
system.
We have the right equipment with skilled technicians to successfully complete most types of projects.
|
Pipe Piles
This Woodside home had settled over 8 inches on one side. Because there was no indication of lateral movement we were able to install 8 hydraulically pushed pipe piles and relevel the foundation.

Drilled Piers
This backyard retaining wall project in Walnut Creek required a limited access drill rig due to a narrow side yard. This portable drill rig was hand carried into the backyard and reassembled in order to drill the deep pier holes for a retaining wall. This particular drill rig is capable of drilling 18 inch diameter piers up to 28 feet deep.

| Helical Anchors
This Castro Valley home had a tall, rear retaining wall that was failing and threatened to destroy the backyard as well as the home itself. We were able to install a series of helical anchors to stabilize the wall rather than going to the great expense of completely removing and replacing the wall.
